She provides oversight and direction to the planning, development, and management of the daily operation of the state Chapter and oversees all CACGA services and activities. Ms. Jagiella-Litts graduated from University of Tennessee – Chattanooga where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.  Ms. Jagiella-Litts also graduated from Stetson University College of Law with a JD/MBA and continued her legal training to become a certified mediator and qualified arbitrator. Ms. Jagiella-Litts is a licensed attorney in the state of Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida and has recently completed her master’s degree in Psychology at Saint Leo University. Immediately prior to coming to the CACGA, Ms. Jagiella-Litts was the Executive Director and a Forensic Interviewer for the Children’s Advocacy Center of the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit. As of October 1, 2020 CACGA, has become the Statewide CSEC Response Team for the state of Georgia. CACGA’s vision is when CSEC and child sex trafficking is reported, every child in Georgia should have access to the services provided by a children’s advocacy center and the CSEC Response Team.
